On behalf of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., Godrej dealer will provide warranty services. This machine is specifically meant to dispense Godrej premixes. In event of non-usage of Godrej brand of premixes, thiswarranty policy becomes null and void.
This warranty is not transferable unless agreed in writing by both parties. Warranty is applicable for 12 months from the date of billing (Duly filled warranty card/invoice copy is required as a proof). Or the repairs will be done on chargeable basis
This warranty shall not extend towards payment of any compensation to anyone or entitle the purchaser to a replacement of the equipment as a whole. This warranty expressly excludes any claim for consequential loss or damage.
This warranty will apply provided the purchaser has taken care in the use & maintenance of the said equipment as specified in the user's manual supplied along with & has not mishandled it. The question as to whether the purchaser has taken due care in use & maintenance of the equipment, as specified in the user's manual & has not mishandled the same, will be entirely
the within the discretion of the Godrej company & its decision will be final and binding on the original purchaser Only electrical and electronic parts are covered under warranty. Any other plastic or metal parts are not covered under this warranty policy. For e g. FRC, Canisters, Spouts, Front Keypad Membranes, Machine body, all types of Harnesses, Bubble top, Silicon tubes, Drip trey etc will not be covered under warranty.
Faulty parts will be taken by the dealer after replacing them with the ok parts. Any damage by tempering, negligence, accident, fire or other act of nature is excluded from this warranty policy.
Parts damaged as a result of the use of incorrect or unsuitable ingredient or product are not covered under this warranty policy.
Parts damaged as a result of vandalism, manhandling, theft are not covered under this warranty policy.
Parts damaged as a result of the user's operator staff while cleaning the machine are not covered under this warranty policy.
Parts damaged as a result of water scaling are not covered under this warranty policy.
The company shall not be liable to carry out repairs within any specified time. However the time taken to carry out the repair, shall be excluded from the warranty period.
